"We used Eli Rowe for a window job and were very happy. We had 7 windows replaced, plus caulked and painted. All work was done smoothly and on schedule (a four-day job). We liked how Eli was "hands on" with the painters, who were subcontracted. He stopped by as they were working and actually had them correct some stuff as they painted the exterior. He even had them include some extra caulking on the windowsills for free.
It's very high quality work, very detailed oriented, and it all got completed on budget, with nothing in the house scratched or damaged during the work. Now all 7 windows work great and look great. Would definitely recommend this contractor.

"I hired Eli and his crew to rebuild stairs and a porch on my family's 1907 home. Our initial meeting went well because Eli understood my desire to keep construction along the same historical lines of our Queen Anne Victorian. His work was quick, efficient and within budget. He cleaned the workplace nightly, ensuring that nothing was in the way of my elderly Mother's path when entering and exiting the home through our garage. They were very respectful of her and that was a plus to hiring Eli. He came with great recommendations and I am happy to recommend him as well."

"Eli is a master craftsman who understands everything from how wood moves as it ages to water diversion off of stairs, windows and roofs. He was the general contractor on a fairly major renovation we got involved with last year. What started as a paint job and front stair repair on our 95-year old Edwardian Arts & Crafts home, became a successful upgrade of the energy systems and insulation. We worked with the crew that became Solar City to install radiators in our game room and bedrooms, and the high-efficiency water heater system to power it. Eli managed all the crews, from the heating installers, to insulators and electricians to the craftsmen who installed new windows and made the walls look as though they had never been broken open. We even had him craft a craftsman-style bench for the mud room out of a slab of cherry.
Our house is now beautiful, cozy and warm.
