Noe Valley Victorian Home: Before and After

"The old porch was rotting and the basement was leaking so we tore off the old porch and dug a permitted french drain with a cast in place sump basin and an ejector pump. The existing house received new sheathing on the front cripple wall and a new permitted porch, complete with period details and an ipe deck and stairs was constructed. The old porch lasted twenty years. This new porch had many flashing, drainage and venting detils which should make it last for 50 years."
