"I am a turnkey contractor, performing a wide range of tasks from foundation to fine wood working. My subcontractors and vendors are held to a very high standard. They can do anything from concrete repair to copper saddle flashing.
When working with the new clients, I offer a free walk through of the selected areas to be remodeled and a line item estimate. This enables us to refine the scope of the work to fit into the client’s budget. Tasks can easily be added or removed at this stage and the client is able to see where each portion of the work is allotted. My services also include plan drawing and pulling permits.

In these cases we use our CNC computerized milling facility to recreate period correct carpentry components, such as balustrades and dual posts. It's so true "they don't make 'em like they used too," but we know how to "re-make" essential building materials so your home is truly restored to it's original quality and craftsmanship of the past.
